Main Purpose of The Role:

To assist and support the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day production of sales files. The role is responsible for identifying and recording any pricing anomalies, liaising with branches to investigate and resolve queries, accurately documenting responses within the database, and ensuring all records are maintained and readily available for future audits and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with BCA branches to support and protect the interests of BCA Operations Services (BCAOS).
• Accurately produce daily sales files, rostrum reports, and associated reporting.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team Executives to develop knowledge of vehicle pricing and adopt new and improved pricing methodologies.
• Update BCA systems with daily vehicle pricing information and maintain BCAOS data records with responses received from branches.
• Identify and report any vehicles priced outside agreed tolerances to Commercial Team Executives for further investigation.
• Chase and obtain any outstanding documentation relating to vehicles in a timely manner.
• Support the setup and administration of new customer accounts.
• Investigate over-age vehicles and work closely with Remarketing Managers to ensure prompt resolutions, enabling vehicles to be entered into sale as quickly as possible.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is readily available for audit, reporting, and compliance purposes.

   

  Knowledge and Experience Required:

• A Team player with can do attitude.
• Previous experience in similar environment and data management.
• Excel skills able to use excel formulas and willing to learn further.
• Ability learn quickly and apply themselves.
• Strong ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Active listener.
• Ability to build relationship with internal and external customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to apply solutions.
• Must be able to correctly comply with standard operating procedures but also to regularly and objectively review and implement improvements
• Ensure all customer SLAs are adhered to and report any delays to senior management for support.
