  • About The Role

    • Role - Vehicle Technician
      £36,026.00 per annum | Monday to Friday, 6am - 3:00pm | Permanent

      We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy Corby operations. Within this role you will carry out a variety of mechanical repairs, diagnostics and MOT-related work, helping to maintain high standards across our operation.

      We welcome applications from MOT Testers, Vehicle Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians, Mobile Mechanics, Roadside Recovery Mechanics and HGV Mechanics looking to transfer their skills into a car workshop environment.
       
      Key Responsibilities
      • Work on a wide range of vehicles, carrying out mechanical repairs, diagnostics and MOT-related work.
      • Put your technical expertise to use diagnosing faults and delivering high-quality repairs.
      • Play an important role in ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards.
      • Contribute to a safe, organised and productive workshop environment.
      • Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and support from the BCA Academy.
      Skills and Knowledge Required:
      • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
      • MOT Tester qualification
      • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills gained within an automotive, commercial vehicle or mechanical repair environment.
      • A full UK or EU driving licence.
      • A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
