Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding cherished plate enquiries.
- Manage vendor telephone lines and email inboxes, providing clear advice and support throughout the transfer process.
- Process cherished plate transfer applications from receipt through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and DVLA compliant.
- Submit and manage DVLA applications within agreed service standards and provide updates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and application records across internal systems.
