About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Press & Events Co-ordinator to manage Demonstration Fleets for a major OEM, based at the customer’s office in Uxbridge.
Working closely with the Account Team Supervisor and wider Customer Service Centre, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality service across all aspects of fleet management. You’ll be the face of BCA Logistics—ensuring exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with the customer, ensuring accurate and timely information for vehicle deliveries
- Manage requests on behalf of the client and their stakeholders
- Deliver clear, professional communication with high-profile individuals via phone and email
- Ensure all vehicle packs and specification sheets are complete and dispatched correctly
- Monitor fleet readiness daily, ensuring vehicles meet delivery standards
- Oversee vehicle preparation to the highest quality
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Manage on-fleet and de-fleet activity in line with KPIs
- Track Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to meet customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records across internal and external systems
- Attend events when required as a logistics point of contact
- Support occasional evening or weekend activities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in logistics, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of Press & Events coordination
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage deadlines and meet performance targets
- Customer-focused, with a professional and friendly approach
- Strong administrative and IT skills (especially Excel)
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
